I can’t promise that if you choose to fight, that there will ever be a victory…or a day that we can step down and say our work is finished. Our lives are the sum total of thousand of choices. And the burden of that freedom is sometimes too much to bear. But you won’t have to do it alone anymore. We will find a better way..
Together.
When it comes to my personal view on 2.0.5 after viewing this video and reviewing what I experienced, it's basically like this:
So yea, once my brain realized that a few days after 2.0.5 came out, I decided that it was healthier for me to play a game that didn't make me feel like I was wasting my time on victories and more so on defeats. Just by removing that victory condition you cut down my frustration level by like 80%, but I fear it won't be going anywhere
Hmm, it is fascinating to see how frustrated us players can get and how quickly that frustration can set in. I'm usually quite patient by I myself have said some less than kind words when I'm trying to get specialist on my aircraft only to get stomped by somebody in their specialist aircraft because they have every advantage on me except durability.
Needless to say, the rather infuriating nature of the systems introduced into 2.0.5 is not exactly the best thing for retaining players who will hang around and help build the games community. I've been slowly phasing out WoWp and pretty much the only thing driving me to play at this point are my friends and they have similar motivations to keep on going, despite all the muck we have to trek through just to enjoy the game with or against each other.
I do fly Chinese aircraft a fair amount so... *ahem*

I too find myself playing less and less with each passing day. There are less human players in each game and usually the bots are not worth being in the match. The air defense bots are better than the bots on your "team". I vote for going back to pre 2.0 version of this game. In real life once you shoot someone down they don't come back to shoot you down.
