"Tuned number of materials that can be received for destroying Attack Flight aircraft. Removed Radio Electronics from the list of materials that can be received when destroying targets from Period 2."

Question - Is it spelled out anywhere what actions, with what tier and type of planes, earn each each type of material?

I am trying to get all four pieces in a plane fully Enhanced and Calibrated, but I have a shortage of Flight Instruments. My inventory looks like this:

Airframe Elements: 52

Mechanical Parts: 264

Weapon Parts: 110

Flight Instruments: 1

Heat Resistant Parts: 16

Radio Electronics:  26

Those Flight instruments are the primary gate keeper for me to get anything done. How do I increase my earnings of them?

Only played a couple of games, but it seems (for me) there is a small improvement in FPS and ping.

Admittedly, I'm playing on the NA server from Australia and the ping improvement is from 290-300 down to 270-280 ... but hey, it's an improvement :p

That's subjective. For me it sometimes drop to 250-260ms at times. Then at others it goes back up to 300+.  This server is the weirdest I've come across and playing any other MMO in the NA region (east) always puts me at a consistent 220ms 24/7. No drops no packet loss, no fluctuations. Just stable 220ms latency...

Oh and this was well before 2.0.5. Or even 2.0 really.

Still trying to figure out how installing a more accurate gunsight make the pilot more susceptible to being injured.

Maybe the pilot of the plane being targeted might be more likely to be injured, but not the shooter unless he's flying the plane with his nose plastered on the gunsight.

The upgraded gun sight is outside the plane, pilot has to sit on the wing to use it

That missing equipment info window issue is still there.

You still need to close the game, clear the cache, repair the game, restart the game using the Start game and clear cache option to get the normal view back.

DICTA BOELCKE for WoWP
    1. Try to secure the upper hand before attacking.
    2. Always continue with an attack you have begun
    3. Open fire only at close range, and then only when the opponent is squarely in your sights
    4. You should always try to keep your eye on your opponent, and never let yourself be deceived by ruses
    5. In any type of attack, it is essential to assail your opponent from behind
    6. If your opponent dives on you, do not try run away from his attack, but fly to meet it
    7. When over the enemy's lines, always remember your own line of retreat
    8. It is better to attack in groups of four or six. Avoid two aircraft attacking the same opponent
