Question about Bonus Characteristics

Bonus Characteristics Enhancements Equipment Game Support

When I mouse over the equipment in the Enhancement screen it says "Bonus Characteristic Inactive". At first I thought this was the penalty for running a Specialist plane without full equipment but when I checked my B.V.212.03, it had the same warnings on its Equipment. So what am I missing here?

BV212 uses gyro sight. Either the UI can't keep up with your speed or your client just derped. Try "the usual"...

WoWP makes a great jousting game...especially with the 262 and people busy in furballs...

Oh, no. This is my 190 in the screenshot - didn't bother screencapping the B.V. I also tried fitting all the bombs and rockets back onto the plane to see if that worked. It didn't

I burned them all away last night upping my B.V.212.03's missile rack :P Sorry. 

 

Also, in response to the topic, no - I cleared my cache and this problem is still there: did I miss something? Do all these bonus abilities only trigger upon completion of the item at the Ultimate quality tier?
