Had same problem, numerous times and lost silver, tokens, and material. Sent in ticket. Told to use Check Tool. Told them it was not client problem and wanted compensation. They finally admitted it was on their end and micropatch was coming. Closed ticket. Resent ticket asking for compensation. They said sorry no and closed ticket. Here is what they said: "as for compensations, we don't have concrete information if such will be given to players that are affected".

I have again resent ticket (using old ID #) and awaiting response. I encourage doing same.
