You're playing at 1920x1080 right? Even a 1050 card would have no issues pulling high fps at low resolutions, but when you reach UHD and UW resolutions the patches since 2.0 has made it worse every single time.

Looks like its the Tier scaling.


Its available on all the T3+ planes I've looked at but just checked my T2 Premiums (all Lights) and they apparently won't even get that option with Specialist.


Thats pretty rough making a GA that has no other ordnance than MGs not be able to mount Universal to light up ground targets :(


And the amount of damage I seem to be doing compared to before the update, I might as well be firing 10 paintballs guns..

That's almost 5 years of aircraft upgrading, pilot & gunner exp upgrades, doing a flat spin, right into the latrine..

Im gonna hope that it's a update glitch, uninstall & reload, if that doesn't work.. Anyone know if we can still transfer pilots to other aircraft?

The new people have none of those things.  Big ginormous advantage to the vets.  How many of these new folks are going to want to grind this you-know-what sandwich out?

so many other issues would melt away, like an ice cream cone on an August sidewalk, if only player numbers were meeting expectations

i believe that incentivizing pro pilots to kill new players for insignificant rewards may be the most significant reason why new folks leave so quickly


count the number of new posts on the Newcomers forum, look back at the folks who asked questions but then never went higher than 100-200 battles 


asking questions shows interest, and we answered 99% of those questions with civility...  compare that to 99% of other gaming forums       they should still be around here!


it's hard to learn to fly, in-game and in RL, and couple that with an unusual capture-the-air-flag gameplay... 


then sprinkle in some invincible sky raiders targeting only the new human players, who can't even tell yet who's a bot and who's not


too hard to code at least some form of new player sandbox?   then get ready to code this


Hmm let me see If I primarily fly my Prem planes in the lower tiers and kill everything in sight won't that encourage them to want to get a prem like mine money spent on the game. A prem that they can have that would be identical to what I have then it only becomes tactics and pilot skill the more competitive will take that challenge and that's the player base you want . Now plane abilities will become less standardized with 2.0.5 and the noobs are nerfed even further !
