I've had my fill of flying from Westwall that I have been away from the game for an extended time. I returned intending to claim the gold from the top 1000 spot...and what have I found?

It took only a grand total of 5-6 hours worth of playing over two days from the 72 hours or so total duration for me to comfortably reach the end position of 655th at 211k points total and my very first match from zero point took me to just shy of 2500th place.. If that paltry effort (that's 2 hours per day across three days...I don't think that's out of reach for many) can get me this far...it implies that there was nearly no competition left...reminds me of how I won the last contest of OBT involving the Yaks...Can't remember the metrics, but I played the Yak-15 to heck and I won because apparently nobody else played Yak-15 then (at that time the Yak line was a new addition), not because I was, by any stretch, skilled in it.

...or is it because I just scored a truckload in those few matches (around 20-30) I played in?

Maybe it's about time that the population number returned?

WoWP makes a great jousting game...especially with the 262 and people busy in furballs...
I am deaf, silent, and fly with unrealistic controls. Do not count on me to carry - my back's already broken from overweight.

I pulled five Attrition games in two hours on the final day for a grand total of 41k points and a ranking high enough to pull in... 100k silver. Dunno what rank that was but I'm rather surprised I won anything. It was kinda the same for Westwall I think; could nail 255th to 198th position on less than 600k PP.

But a truce to this mournful story

For death is a distant friend

So here's to a life of glory

And a laurel to crown each end

I played aroud ten games or so, maybe less, just to take some x3, I don't think many people had played less than that... 1690 end position, so I guess not more than 1700...

I played one match on Friday... and Sunday evening, I was sitting around 2950 with 11K PP. I played four more games Sunday night and I wound up around 1760 (55K PP) and got the 100K credits.

I'd love to see the totals for the top 250, rather than just the top ten. I doubt it would take a hell of a lot to reach at least that level.

I equate WoWP to a food shop that only serves hot dogs.  Only people that want to eat a hot dog will visit and even then you can only eat so many before you start getting sick of them.  They need to add more choices like, hamburgers, chicken, brats, and other stuff so they can attract more people.

Latest #s here. I played for x3 and gold, didn't seem too hard to make it into top 200, and that was me with my usual <50%.WR too...
