WG is showing no issue with the servers currently...SO, with that said, relog and clear cache and if the issues are still happening grab the logs (probably hidden) within


C: >users>[your user name]>appdata>Roaming>Wargaming.net>World of Warplanes>logs


Make sure you post these to the forums or a direct support ticket to Wargaming. Every ticket helps highlight the issue and provide insight, and screenshots to accompany it help a lot too!

From Priolia:

"NA server, For your information. 
There was an incident on NA. we found a reason and there were several unplanned reboots. As far as I am aware NA will get a compensations for 1 premium day. Now incident is resolved  and server should work as intended."

This is what I was greeted with, upon logging in...

 

COMPENSATION: Compensation for paint schemes received due to server downtime

 

No premium time, however...

 

1 day of paint schemes, really? :sceptic:

So, to be more upfront about the compensation:

 

If Premium Time was in use, it will be compensated a full day. If Camo/Paint Schemes were in use, they will also be compensated the full day. There was talk about Premium Consumables being compensated but I am not sure on that one and will be checking.

Well, someone ought to be a little better about the clarity of their statements...

 

Because that could easily be seen to imply that -everyone- would receive a day of premium time, as compensation for the disruption in services... which is not an unreasonable thing to infer.
