Bombers are the only aircraft who get to use the bomb sight.

 

However, if you also have a turret, you can use that mode to imitate it. Go into turret mode and look forwards. This makes high alt bombing in non-bombers a little more viable. Whether doing so is worth it is up to your discretion.

Isn't it better to use right-click? I can't drop bombs while in turret mode, I tried

Wait, what have you bound Right Click to? Free look? Yeah I can, but I can't steer in free look last time I tried. And I can still drop bombs in turret mode, so I don't know what's happening unless its a options issue.

Right-Click is Free Look and you can drop bombs there. If you don't have Turret Mode, that is probably your best option.
