So, does anyone know if the similar missions in the goblin package are bugged too?

You'd have to be nuts to buy that package if you're counting on the missions working. How they could even offer it is insulting.

Any resolution to this yet? I've barely been on due to all the issues lately, just checking in to see if anything was said or done about this, or if we will be waiting on another month to come before something is heard

It certainly has put a stop to spending any more money on this game. Such a simple solution to the problem and yet they do crap all about it. I think they're hoping we just forget about it.

Nope, not hoping anything like that at all.

 

We are looking into what caused the issue and seeing if we can replicate the issue and then fix it before manually paying it out.

 

This is make sure that something more in-depth is not broken so that this issue will not happen again.

I wonder if wargaming understands that this is the wrong order, if you want to keep your customers happy.  It shouldn't take months to resolve this.  It's almost comical.

You are correct.  First you do the customer service, THEN you fix the problem.  Sometimes, the problem is perception: then customer service solves the problem.  The example would be the description mentioned elsewhere where the Gobling comes with camouflage. A silly mix-up in phrasing, possibly. OK, so you tell the person who wrote the description to be more careful in how they are describing what's for sale (solving the actual problem, if indeed that's the problem), but you do that AFTER you reward the purchaser in some way that is like buying four map's worth of concealment. Like 800 gold, or similar.  If it were my memo to send, that's the way I would fix that particular customer service issue.

 

This customer service issue could be fixed exactly the same way.  Grant the gold the player would have won anyway, then go see where the bug is.  Now, I'm not saying to not verify that there is a bug - the onus is still on the customer to provide some evidence of said bug, but you don't wait months to do customer service.  You do it up front.

I opened my first ticket on the issue discussed in this thread on March 21, 2018, and so:

 

HAPPY 2 MONTH ANNIVERSARY, EVERYONE!

 

I feel confident that Wargaming has a crack team beavering away daily on fixing the problem, but I think I'll still open a new trouble ticket today so they can immediately close it; I think it gives them some satisfaction to do so; you're welcome, Wargaming!

Holy cow, they just sent me 2000 gold.  Wish they would have done it about 6 weeks ago, but still, I'm glad they fixed the issue for me.  It sounds like they are going to shortly be giving everyone who had the problem 2000 gold.

They should hire me as a customer service consultant.  In my mind, the gold should have come TWo MONTHS ago, when you first reported the bug.  people who actually take the time to report stuff aren't imagining it.  They see a problem, and the problem then belongs to WG.  So why not solve the problem ASAP???

 

It boggles the mind.

When I sent my tickets, I've got answers from 6-7 different jokers who replied to me things like: "you have to wait more", or "mission is not repeatable", or " mission works ok". Finally, a more competent one recognized that a problem really exists, but it takes time to be identified and solved. So, here I am, after 2 months, still 4500 gold short in my account.

Yeah, they should have given me 2250 gold, but I only got 2000.  But I'm sick of dealing with this issue; they wore me down.

So, this freaking weird update has come, developers seems to have worked a lot to change everything about this game, now fully upgraded premium planes are not fully upgraded no more, etc. etc.

But ... who worked to solve those 2 bugged missions?

Who worked to solve the problem and give us those missions back so we can win that gold?

Or just give us the gold we have paid for?

WHERE IS OUR GOLD?

SHAME ON YOU, YOU THIEVES! You had the time to work on this monstruosity, so you can take even more money from us, but you didn't have the time to fix a bugged mission and to give us what we have paid for?
