Right, $30 USD or so for a VII plane that also includes a set of missions as the draw, one of which is to earn just $13 worth of gold.... that of course doesn't work.

A tier 7 premium plane, which is not in the tech tree, and 2500 gold, for 40 cad (or 30 usd) is not a bad deal. But .... once again, they show us how incompetent they are. Almost 2 weeks since this mission is bugged and our tickets are still "on hold". Meanwhile, they had an update this morning, update who bugged some UI buttons.

I really think it is time for their big boss to do a good cleaning in his WOWP department and put instead some competent people there, like those from WOT and WOWS.

This mission isn't something for free. It was part of the price of the plane as a bundle. It is 500 XP in a battle with a win and can be completed 10 times and you get 250 gold for each win. That totals 2500 gold as part of the bundle. That is working for it. It isn't one win you get 2500 gold. Don't be rude about a problem people are having if you don't know what they are talking about. I bought the plane which I really love and am having same trouble with that quest but I am taking a screen shot of every first win of the day showing that the quest isn't able to be completed 10 times just once on the first win you get with the plane so you only get 250 gold.

It was sarcasm. He didn't mean it, he just wanted to be ironic regarding some people here who defend WOWP because they have no spine to stand up against incompetence and abus. Also, they make some money streaming and youtubing, so they will never say something arong about wowp.

Anyway, they send me emails, saying that they work hard to solve the problem with this mission.

I get an email about every two days saying my ticket is on hold while they investigate.

It has been 6 days since the last replies to my tickets. They are still "on hold".
Does anybody know (especially those who work in programming) how much time and how many code lines they have to change or rewrite, to debug this mission, to make it unlock each day? Just curious, does it take so much time and effort?

Maybe now, after you WOWP managers and developers made a megaton of $$$$ selling those planes with 8 points skilled pilots, you will take a look at this MORE GOLD mission, or compensate us with your virtual pixel gold??

Support closed my ticket 2x for this issue today after I re-opened stating my issue is not resolved!

 

I have been patient and understanding to this point but closing an unresolved issue crosses the line and is unacceptable customer service - Just issue us the gold we have been cheated out of for this bugged mission!

 

We need to get the word out to forums and streamers so that other unsuspecting buyers aren't duped / cheated from premium shop purchases that include these bugged missions.

I don't understand why, if they are going to drag out this process, that they don't just credit us the amount in gold? Then they won't have to work on "fixing" the issue period. I understand that they want us to play to "earn" the gold, but there are those who have bought it that will play anyways, and those that needed to have these missions to play would have probably lost their interest in playing by the time the fix comes around.
