not making this up. One invasion mission, I am on Defense.

3 enemy Do-217Ms in tight vee formation flying to a cap to bomb it.

The surprise?  They were all bots.

Yeah, I thought so too.  And I didn’t get a screenshot.

Try seeing IL-40P flying in conga line to one sector...if bomber flights sent something like that to attack...

WoWP makes a great jousting game...especially with the 262 and people busy in furballs...
I am deaf, silent, and fly with unrealistic controls. Do not count on me to carry - my back's already broken from overweight.

There is only one prediction to be made.

The fact that deep-learning concious AI will surge from Wowp.

Hello Skynet! Bye humans...

if wowp bot AI is transferred directly into the Terminators, we don't have much to worry about

If they're using the Do 17 z AI I don't think we'll have to worry

The Do-217Ms blew me out of the sky quickly.  They aren’t like their older brother.

I have also seen this sort of cooperative behavior.  Of course, they can fly whatever they like, the Me-410 melts them like butter in a hot skillet. But three at a time means several passes are required.

My apologies for shooting you down the other day.  You even had top cover, but I was in my Bf-109E, and unless a Spit or Yak shows up, I'm going to win if I get the drop on the LF/MR.  Maybe, someday, we'll get to fight on the same team.  :(

The multiple GAAs per cap area is a harder prospect.  The bots that team up like that also seem to be able to select their targets with actual capping in mind.  They get that done pretty well, and unless I have a machine that has cannon, I can't shoot them all down before they flip the cap.  This behavior is new.

Actually, GAA target selection is as bad as ever. However, there was one big change. Bot GAAs can identify which ground target has taken damage, and will focus them down. This means that they can somewhat be coordinated to attack certain targets, and that they help each other out unintentionally because of it. Outside of Conquest it also means they're pretty good at stealing ground target kills from the other team, so be careful not to leave anything barely standing. I'm unaware if Bot Bombers share this behavior, as they have a hard time hitting anything at all anyways :sceptic:

That gave me a win yesterday.  All the bot bomber had to do was bomb one more target at the airbase to win the game.  And since I was in my Bf-109, and at ground level, I wasn't going to be able to prevent it.  Time ran out instead, an we won.

Oh, and a bot helped me get a rocket kill in a different match by obligingly turning right into the path of the rocket.  Woo-hoo!  Another chance rocket kill!  :)  Bots are dumb, and sometimes really dumb.

That's kind of why I made that thread called "Oh, Dornier!" where I share my woes about the little Bots that couldn't

Noting to apologize for, it’s what the games about.  Now, that team killer I ran into (not naming but I did report him) there was no excuse for.
