Nope, the most recent response I got after being a huge pest and refusing to let them give me a cut and paste response and classifying my ticket as solved by reopening it every time.

 

First, as they’ve been saying, they’re aware of the issue. Secondly, they’ve passed my complaint along with all else to the dev team which they’re supposedly working on a patch. Lastly, they label my ticket and all those of the same problem as solved so we don’t sit in queue....whatever that really means (I can only assume it’s to prevent them from getting in trouble for tickets unresolved or still open for an extended period).

 

They assure me that my concern is not being ignored. 

 

I suggest everyone who is having this problem submit a ticket with a screen shot, if anything to have proof of the situation.

The devs don't work on weekends, so I wouldn't expect a fix on anything requiring a programming change until at least tomorrow (Monday).

I hope everyone having this problem just gets the plane with the fix, then.  Otherwise it would be kind of lame to have to wait another week or two to pick up a plane that we should have received by now.

Appears to be bugged for regular completion without certificates as well, for a number of people just going by in-game conversations.

 

I'd completed all of the regular tasks, and nine or ten of the additional, when #15 unlocked.

Took out a plane and met the requirements first go; shot down only twice and got 15 kills in a victory.

 

No completion credit; either bugged, locked, or the requirements were apparently supposed to read ''shoot down 15 planes from the enemy combat group (no ADA)''.

Afterwards I went back and completed other non-mode specific additional tasks - including the one to shoot down 15 aircraft in a single battle......

 

 

Stay classy WG.

Even this battle doen't count. Therefore, despite whether it is a win or loss, it still doesn't give it to you. i died a single time this battle and shot down 0 air defense planes and 0 bomber formation bombers. Therefore, I met every requirement. Btw, this was the second battle that met the requirements that I had before I knew for sure it was bugged/rigged

Sorry but no, that was a victory. You need only look at the my exp earnings on the bottom.

 

11,189exp x3 victory.

 

Also, that’s not the personal score page, as you may notice or may now, I clicked on my name in the combat group page and my battle details pops up and over the opponents roster. Unless, it’s possible to acquire 11k exp on a loss, it should be apparent now that this was indeed a victory.

I am happy to report after a couple weeks from the original date of occurrence, with the recent update my issue has been resolved and was able to redeem and complete the mission 15 (final blow).

STill not getting it Have finished with the required kills nothing so I bought certificates to get this plane because its my all time fav and I can't redeem them for the plane wthHow do I get this plane?
