Just thought l would post this here for those who have not seen this excerpt from a epic article about war gaming almost a year ago.
"We were a little arrogant, let's say". MAR 17, 2017
Victor Kislyi War Gaming CEO
"Today, Kislyi said, the core WoT team is more international than it has ever been before, including an American at the top of the organization. That, he said, has made them more able to respond to the needs of their community, more adaptable and better able to listen.
“This took years for us as a company to come to this understanding of this necessity [of this change], and to make it,” Kislyi said.
How does Kislyi know it’s working?
Of course, he said, people are playing more. But anecdotally, the community seems more friendly.
“I play every day under my real name,” Kislyi said, “So, this is my temperature check. I play for one hour and I get 20 messages from people. They used to be swearing and complaining. Two years ago. One year ago. Now, they’re mostly thank yous.”
That reorganization, and the change in philosophy that came with it, has paid dividends for other development teams at Wargaming. Properties like World of Warplanes and World of Warships, long the neglected children of the Wargaming family, are being given new freedom to plot their own course."

My thoughts/expectations...
So live up to your claims and promises... WG, Vicktor Kislyi, WOWP.
*** (To wowp's credit they have been very generous in supplying or enabling a supply of quite a few free premium planes.)
When do we get to see the fantastic results from all the freedom Vicktor (CEO) has given the WOWP dev's?
Obviously that would have come with a great budget as well to launch all the new content and people/devs, resources to accelerate the afore mentioned goodies.
SO FAR...
Well we got 2.0 to 2,03 and thats good BUT there are one hell of a lot of issues, bugs, game instability, etc. that are just killing the play ability in wowp.
Theres a window of opportunity, gamers goodwill lets say thats fast fading and time is of the essence wowp gets that right?
NO OR VERY LITTLE INFO...
But we don't know because the information is not or barely forthcoming from WOWP which in my experience so far is WAY behind the other titles in this respect.
ITS NOT ENUF commuication WOPW DEVS...PERIOD! An occasional dev blog....that only a tiny few find out about...seriously?
Bteds streams while at least something l don't think they reach many players.
WG/WOWP CLAIMS...
Viktor plays 1 HR a day under his own name welp never seen the dude much less anyone from WG or WOWP (l have played extensively in all 3 WG titles) except for Bted a couple of times and back in the old wot/wows days occasional devs.
This is the same claim you will get from people who handle your support tickets "we play every day" there were a few players who looked like they could be official names l saw lately but they never identified themselves in chat or said Hi so l dunno.
Their playing incognito if they were company officials... why.
So of course the game acts/plays the same for wowp employees and devs as it would for a normal player...right?
lf so then all these obvious game play issues/concerns are obviously being passed on up the chain and plans of action are quickly being formulated and rapidly acted upon...correct?
Ah not sooo much...2.0 launched in NOV/17 its now close to end of FEB/18 so basically 4 months and here we are, no chat, constant game crashes, and the list goes on.
Many here myself included have invested heavily into WOWP' and frankly we just deserve a whole lot better than we are seeing so far.
Results progress is what we want in a timely fashion that should be no problem...right.
Hey Viktor see in in battle sometime soon bro.
Cheers Fury
