I play for maybe 30m-2hour most days of the week and I have one TX. I have never played this game with the KB/M, and I went from an X-35 to a full HOTUS setup.

I've been streaming WoWP very casually for about as long as I've played and long story short, if there are more HOTUS/stick players out there, speak up. Lonely world.

Long story short, I can do things a lot of other players can't and it's a nice "throw you off' in general.

Anyway, Mars was nice enough to raid my channel multiple times and it was nice exposure(that I didn't know how to handle lol). However, in terms of streaming and exposure, I'm  a little camera shy. It's weird to flip a cam on and anyone can tune in. Point being, first night with a cam up and I think I avoided some duckhunting. Week plans are to throw up a green screen to display stream/streak statistics, in the BG etc.

I lived!: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/231228780

I would like to bring more people into the game and help players to progress.

Thoughts? Criticisms? Advice?

I can hear my stream though yours... check your sound settings, or which browsers you have open when you stream... nobody wants to hear me.

I say go for it dude. Doesn't hurt to show more game play of 2.0. Just a few things I noticed:

  • Low framerates on the gameplay but its expected (crappy game optimization)
  • Quite abit of lag in the video despite having ample bandwidth to watch your streams
  • Audio levels need adjusting, can't hear you speak and also some echoing going on in the background with ingame sounds and/or system sounds which consequently includes streams that you may be watching during gameplay (not too sure how to fix this one)
  • Only able to watch in 1080p (no options for 720p, 480p, 360p etc) - not sure why that is - stream looks great in quality but just can't pick a lower res for smoother bandwidth stream.

Good luck setting it up!

Great stream, listen to these guy's advice its good. I would like to suggest maybe moving your camera on your face or back farther so the image is not cut off. If you choose to continue with the camera set up.

You always have good advice Mars :-P

I'll adjust the audio settings. I think the cam mic set itself as the primary input when it was setup.

I'm using Xsplit for the scene selection and integration options. Maybe I'll experiment with my upload speed.

Thanks for the input. Much appreciated. O7

Maybe try a 720p broadcast?
