So I was bored and scrolling through my Russian aircraft when I found my forgotten P-40 M-105.  I know I shouldn't have forgotten about it but I did, so is there any actual pointers or things I should know about the plane or load out before I take it off the ground for the first time? Thanks.

I have been duped by people when I asked them whether to get a Russian P40 for myself.

It is just a GA hunter and nothing else.

yeah, I agree.  If I'm going dogfighting I much prefer the P-40,  The Russian version just seems, I don't know, underwhelming.  Maybe an engine tune so it can keep up and some weapons cooling packs in your consumables?.?

I do own one and I do fly it around from time to time, but not nearly as much as its American counterpart.

Sc4ttorSh0t,

On my YouTube site I have not reviewed the Russian P-40 yet, but here is a review I just did of the American version.  I hope you enjoy it!!

I agree I loved my P-40, honestly sad when I sold it to get the P-51A

Thanks for the tips. I'll have to set it up that way as I wasn't sure what to equip it with.
