Have you ever read "1984"? Good for you. Have you struggled to read "1984"? I can relate. I tried to read it before 1984 but I couldn't do it. Too difficult and it never grabbed my attention enough to finish.

I download audiobooks from my library and one of the recent recommendations was "1984". I thought "What the heck, I'll give it a try"

It is from Blackstone Audio and is narrated by Simon Prebble. What a difference between trying to read it and having it read to you. Mr. Prebble is an excellent narrator. His voice is perfect for "1984". ( On a side note, listening to the "Game of Thrones" books - actually Song of Fire and Ice series- is almost painful. Daenarys sounds like a pirate witch )

So if you want to read "1984" try the audiobook. There are dry spots. It's a classic but not exactly an action thriller.
