Actually Persha is owned by WG, so I guess you could call them a division. Either way they started out doing art work & then were tasked with developing WOWP. Some people would say that was a mistake.

Yeah that one. They had that problem already and sorted the bugs out. Wouldn't think it unreasonable to assume WG would take the lessons learned from that apply it to their other games.

Chats down, they are advertising this great new relaunch and its constantly broken. Reset stats, clear your cache that has to be the biggest laugh.. then there is the dumb [edited]tech support I am missing stats and they want me to run a hardware video diagnostic... and now with less and less players, chasing clans and friends away now we are back to just 1 other actual player and 96 more bots and skill is gone it is like betting at a Indian casino they know who will win or lose before the pull. Only now in WG divine wisdom they screw over higher players to even the noobs playing field... gone is the fun and friendship with real people... Fix this crap, if you would have told players a year ago that all the time anf effort would be lost no one including I would have played or spent money... now it is a perpetual cycle of programming errors and obvious roll out of a game that was not ready. Visions of Microsoft obviously.

I really don't understand their marketing strategy.. Thought the customer was always right?.. This has got to be the most unhappy crowd ever.. UPDATE TO 3.0 & CHANGE THE WHOLE GAME AGAIN.lol.. WG has never listened to the public that wants to play their game.. When's the funeral?

I agree after submitting 4 tickets and them saying it was on my end they finally agreed it's on end they need to fix it because i can't see if my friends or clan members are on and it's hard to run a clan when you don't know who's on unless you use discord....

I think it s a 50/50 mix between " don't  know how to"  and " I don't care about customers".

Clan chat hasn't worked for me in days, maybe week or more.

Tried clearing the cache, repairing the game, restarting the PC and combinations of that.

Still nope.
