Any chance we can get the bot allies to show up as light blue, or some other distinction from player...

I ask so I can know where the team (Players) is for either positioning, respawn, and/or general map awareness.  Too many times as a solo player with randos I'll message asking where the team is at to move and coordinate, and get nothing in return.  Well, other than the time I got told the team was window licking.  Or at least be able to know if the one actual player on my team is off chasing bombers, and not objectives.

i think many of us would like some kind of system to identify bots from non bots. Right now the only way I know is to right click on their name and see if you can get the context menu. But that doesn't help when looking at the minimap. But I get the feeling that the developers don't want us easily seeing how many bots there are since most of my tier 7+ battles are 95% bots.

They should go WoWS with it and put : around their names.  However, I think it is currently a ploy to keep folks guess whether Ivan is a bot or not.

Probably belongs in suggestions, but I agree that we should have a way of telling who is a player and who is a "player bot".

All the Important Thread Links (go here for answers!) Might be outdated!

All-in-one thread with 2.0 related guide links.

The below was said to me (Mercsn), from a concerned player:

I made this mod, and I don't think you guys can download from EU without an account (http://forum.worldof...os-the-ai-bots/)

At any rate, here it is: WoWp_2.0.1.0_Whos_the_ai_bots.zip

I notice you've got the localization folder going to 2.0.1.0, when we're already on 2.0.1.1 with a corresponding folder in res_mods. That's presumably because it doesn't/won't work in 2.0.1.1 because the path in paths.xml to look for mods in the res_mods folder is (incorrectly?) set to look at <Path>res_mods/2.0.1.0</Path> (line 4) when it should be <Path>res_mods/2.0.1.1</Path>? At least this is how it works in the WoT file structure (sorry...).

Yes. Best to let it be as simple as possible. If WG updates the paths.xml I'll update the mod correspondingly.

Seeing a different color for human flown planes on the same team  on the minimap and when using tab would be great. Enemy team should stay all red tho.
