I just had a game changing (losing) bug, that caused my camera to follow another player's plane cinema-style after i revived. Needless to say, my "soulless" plane eventually flew into a mountain. While following the other plane I could still hear my guns shoot upon left clicking.

I believe there's a key to lock your view towards your target. Check your keybindings, I believe the default hotkey is C but I could be wrong

Weird things have been going on with the camera. I feel like a lot of it is caused by old code still being there and interfering in obscure places.

For example, if you set the camera position to <0, 0, 0> in the zoom data tag, the camera position as the start of the game is somewhere in the bottom of the map and fixed in one direction. Switching between the sniper will get the camera back on the plane, but switching to zoomed out will cause the camera to fix in space and direction so that your plane flies away from it and the camera never catches up.

thats not what i meant, what happened was, the camera that you get while following another plane while you are waiting to respawn, stayed on that particular plane.

I've gotten this a few times.  I was just checking the forums to report it.
