I'll just leave a list. I'm sure most people will provide extremely detailed info, but I just don't want to give the time, as there's no way I know this will get back to the devs.

Positives/Mixed:

Graphics and flak/explosions are better, but still aren't on par with the new games out there. Film gritty makes it feel like a WWII movie at times.

Ground buildings and targets are now more highly detailed, like WoT, but it’s unclear what are the main objectives to kill for the most points, etc.

I like the spectator mode, but there should also be a free look like before in 1.9x.

Bomber mode is interesting, but they are almost too armored against fighters.

Sniper mode. It’s almost a cockpit view. People have been asking for a cockpit view since day 1.

Assuming new maps, always a plus.

New planes/bombers.

New music, brought back the old music.

Negatives:

No HUD (Altitude, speed range, stall, etc).

Cannot adjust view range for targets, enemies, friendlies. Forced to hold ALT to view the names of targets, and it’s limited to around 5,000 ft.

No projected fire circle.

Objectives are not clear.

Can no longer zoom in and out of map, only increase the size of it.

Hanger “hangs” (takes forever to load again).

No idea how many more times your team has to re-spawn back in.

Sounds are very generic and aren’t dynamic. There are no exciting engine sounds. Guns and explosions are very weak.

Right click free look while flying doesn’t work as quickly and is now cumbersome for mouse players.

Gunner mode is a nice feature, but it’s unclear how exactly it’s supposed to work the best, and aiming, etc.

No 3-man flights available. This would be great for going up against the high altitude bombers since they are so armored.

That is actually one of the few things I am liking because the ranges we were getting kills at before was insane. Watch a replay from the current version with the hud turned off and the targets are mere dots. This forces more realistic ranges for effective fire.

I used to have a handle on life until it broke off.

 Seriously hope they don't intend on releasing the patch any time soon.
