After a few years of playing I finally got tier 10 vehicles in every class in all three games. Ironically, WoT was the last to complete this because of the recent addition of tier 10 Light Tanks. Despite the occasional grind it has been quite a fun journey, thanks WG for making these games!

 

While it is not a difficult feat to accomplish (I am just an average player) I have not seen many players who have done it. Give me a shout if you have.

congrats. I really dont play ships much, and I havent played tanks at all. SO that is a no for me.

I've only bought one T10 in Tanks (have up to 3 researched and on my way to 4 without spending extra FXP; can get two more with all FXP from Planes), and I have a multitude of tier 8s in Ships (though I got Ognevoi and Kiev from the RU DD reforms and Bismarck from event). While I'm almost at the Essex I plan to stay on Lex until the captain gets 19 points.

It doesn't take any $$$$ to get to tier 10, just time.  Less time the more skill you have.  I have had every tier 10 in this game for some time.  It didn't cost me a dime.

Just sheer dedication (and some events and changes) is enough, yes.

 

Tanks these days even have those bonus EXP stuff you can activate...

Congrats! I have 6 bought, 2 more researched in planes. 4 bought, 3 more researched in Tanks, but only at tier 7 in ships.

Someone show me the regular tech tree tier 10 tank they have in their garage that was purchased in the last year without spending any real money & didn't play any strongholds or clan wars.

I bought FV215b for slightly less than 5M a couple weeks ago...sold my E-75 (crews went to VK4502B and I can't be bothered with re-crewing it, stuck gathering dust for years, and without the 1200hp motor I don't really want to play it anymore), half of my consumables stockpile, and lots of modules in depot to raise enough dough for it.

 

Does that count?

Not at home to screenshot them, but the BC 25t and E-100 were purchased within last year. Will purchase the M48 and 215b hopefully in the next few weeks without spending any money to buy them. Unless using premium tanks that I have bought within the last year to grind credits disqualify this? I'm sorry if my tier x tanks aren't "pure" enough for you!

And when they add the Super Conqueror to tier X you will have the 215b as a tier X reward tank, like they did with the Foch 155.

I currently have 2 tier 10's researched.  I don't play tanks, but all I need to do is save the silver to purchase them.  From what I saw, it didn't seem hard... is there an issue with accumulating silver in WOT?

 

I have been playing WOWS here and there and worked up to tier 5 pretty easily... tier 10 seems achievable without spending $$$$

More like I could use more tier 10 for the bond income. I thought I should get one T10 to grind some bonds and to try grand battles (which is an illusion so far, can't play at NA's primetime), and with the rumor of Super Conqueror floating around I picked the FV215b...besides, it was on sale at the time, how lucky of me...

 

Also, if your prem tanks come from free gold that shouldn't count as money spent I guess...I do have enough accumulated gold from various channels that is enough to buy two T8 prem meds or one T8 prem heavy...

Ammo bill really adds up in Tanks...matches lasts a bit longer than Planes. At least there's the credit reserves to help with monetary incomes. The problem is to endure the gameplay there...Heavy tanks is so very out of fashion with all those powercreep TDs and everyone potentially slinging premium ammo that can be bought for silver...

 

As for Ships, just keep picking credit boxes (I think it also get the best chance for free port slots and crew slots), and save those economic flags that you might get for the big events with high multipliers...

Yes, making credits is very difficult playing tier 8-10 without a premium account & the use of premium tanks. Of course if you are a bot player & don't run consumables or premium ammo then you might turn a profit off regular tanks.

Well I wont be playing tier 8 - 10.  I have the 10 researched, and only have tanks in my garage up to 5 or 6, so I would be playing those to save up the silver to buy only the tier 10.  Premium account is free through WOWP.  I'll have to play a few battles to see what the calculation works out to be.

I know, just trying to feel those who are transferring, perhaps life savings, ($$$$) to a billioner's account. For nothing! Not even getting  "Thank You For Your Business " in exchange.

And, unlike the most players here, he doesn't whinge about the game. This is the man.
