My question is why would anyone in their right mind spend money to convert experience to free experience for WOWP at this point?

Ask Gangg.... for WOT of course. I have ulocked 2 compete lines to tier 10, and a couple up to tier 5 using free exp... and I dont even play tanks.

You can also go here http://worldofwarpla...ws/?category=13 and scroll through the past months to see all the times they announced the discount. See if there is a pattern. Just off the top of my head, I think they have been doing it every 2 - 3 months recently.
