1943: The Battle of Midway Arcade game

Boy did I put some quarters down in the arcade on this one. Memories. :) And yes I am that old. I helped fund the gaming industry one quarter at a time.

Yup, didn't play 1943, but definitely skipped a few classes first year of college to play 1942 in the student lounge, along with:

Kung-Fu Master

Star Trek

Star Wars

and some of this

while someone played this rental on the TV

Moon Patrol had the most awesome background music. Reminded me of Billy Squier

I saw Billy Squier in concert in 1984. He put on one of the most energetic, entertaining shows I've ever seen. Brilliant showman.

:great:

Never had a chance to play that on said console, but I suspect you're referring to the intellivision.  Mine's buried away near my water tank, but I have a few carts on the shelf.

My father freaked out in disbelief in that such a game (pong), a technology, could exist in his lifetime. He was so bad at playing the game, however he tried his best every time he played.
