For my example

 

Block Quote

  • Day 1: 20,000 credits
  • Day 2: 10 tokens
  • Day 3: 5,000 free experience
  • Day: 4 1 day premium
  • Day 5: 50,000 credits
  • Day 6: 25 tokens
  • Day 7: 5 gold or a WoWP equivalent currency like WoWS doubloons

 

Granted I am spit balling, but would this be feasible in retaining and bringing back WoWP players? How would you entice a player, outside of game redesign, to bring them back? If you had the power of rewards, what program would you make for a daily login reward program?

WoT and WoWP still share gold...so it's still gold...and 5 gold can do...what? Change crew name when it's 90% off, that's what.

 

Pretty desperate though...and folks can just login to collect stuff and leave right away...and as arcadey as it is, flying (doesn't matter what control scheme is) is still hard to grasp, so there's that...

 

 



WoWP makes a great jousting game...especially with the 262 and people busy in furballs...

After 10 logins : able to log in Warplanes update 1.6

After 15 logins: able to log in Warplanes update 1.4

 

Hardly any motivation for a daily reward login in my case, I just don't have the time

For the initial 7 days and for the low credit, token gold rewards I would change it to log in and play 1 game.  Win or Lose you get the reward.

 

After the 7 days and as the rewards start to increase in value, I would change it to win at least 1 game in any tier.

 

As you continue to increase, change it to win at least 1 game in tier 5 - 7.

 

Keep increasing,  at least 1 win in tier 8 - 10.

 

Then at least 5 wins.

 

It would be good to encourage people to actually play, not just log in.  And once you get them playing, encourage them to progress, not just get the 1 win at tier 1.

It would have to be a login reward plus a game or two. Just so people arent logging in then logging out.

I like the concept, but win or lose will bring lawndarts-a-plenty. Imagine a tanker who doesn't want to actually play, but will take the easy coin. Lawndart once a day for a week, skip a day for a reset, and repeat. It's sad to think that way, but we've seen that behavior before (long ago) when WG was offering more significant rewards for contests like "play 50 games" and receive xx.

Otherwise I like the increasing difficulty for better rewards.

Add a survival requirement...though I'll say that it's one of those things that make me reroll the dailies with that included...

The only thing a daily login reward would do at this point is benefit the players that are already logging in. Some things needs to be done to get more people to actually enjoy playing the game not just logging in out of habit for daily handouts.

​Maybe they could do the invite a friend thingy with a worthy reward 

 

I currently offer a premium plane for every recruit brought in that lasts longer than 30 days

 

WG could start at tier 2 premiums and move up the tiers as they go

What about a lottery? Each win puts you in for the chance at premiums, gold, credits, or one reasonable wish that they have to integrate into the game? Add rare tanks in there to get converts.

That way there's no lawn darts, increased players, and just maybe enough profitability for wg to start major investment in the game again.

Agreed. We don't need anymore soup kitchen mentality around here. Take MARS concept and intertwine it with some real individualized missions. Wait, this would still be against bots in standard battle mode, never mind.
