This plane package is on sale right now. Is it worth getting? Seems so. 30 days of premium and 2 planes for $18.00 seems like a good deal.

Is it a Good Buy? or is it better to say "Goodbye"?

It's my go to ga for low tier ga missions. I got the gift one, not sure if it's different. It's a t3 and has t5 bombs on it.

The bigger question, why is it in the plateau map. That map isn't for t3.

It's a good plane, I got it for free though. I wouldn't spend $ on this game.

they probably used a training room to get the screen shot and just picked a map

Buy, no. Get it for free from an event, yes.

Well, the bundle adds 30 days of premium time and the plane for 18 dollars. The premium time is worth 13. Which means for 5 dollars I am getting the Wirraway and the M20. I mean we are not talking about a tier 8 plane here. I would rather pay the 18 dollars, get the 30 days premium and the plane for 5 and use it now instead of waiting perhaps another year for a plane that only would have cost me 5 bucks plus normal premium costs to buy it now.

it is a good little plane, ultimately it's your decision whether it's worth spending your money or not

you're getting responses from those of us far too jaded to spend money on WG any longer

Bought it and played a round with it. You aren't going to be killing fortified targets without the bombs due to the weak guns it carries. It does outmaneuver some HFs though which is a nasty surprise for them when they think you're an easy kill. Think of it as a tier III IL10 with less bite from the front and no rockets.

Edit: Gonna steal a certain somebody's thunder before they post.

It takes no skill no skill!

Wirraway is worth the $5 just because if how easy it is to bomb kill ANYONE with those huge eggs. However, once you mentioned it was bundled with the Miles M.20, the deal looks far less attractive. The M.20 is worth about -$55, so overall you are paying WG 50 bucks to take that plane off their hands. It's a raw deal any way you slice it at that point. NO SALE.

Just sell the M.20 for hangar space... You still get a free pilot on top of everything.

I just fool around with the M.20 in the training room when I'm in a slump and want to burn off steam.

My favorite t3 plane by a long shot.  Yes the front guns are light for a GA, but a single one your bombs can bust just about any target in a t4 battle.  And the front guns are a fire hose that never overheats when you have them pointed at another aircraft.  They can be a nasty surprise for a heavy that tries to turn fight you, and the plane maneuvers much better than someone may think, catching an unwary fighter or multi by surprise.  If your willing to spend money on the game, it's a very good buy.
Fly crooked and shoot straight.
