Same problem,as a paying customer it's not my job to do anything but play the game,were not in closed testing anymore.
Flew my last game tonight as I'm not going to wait a week for a response from support which will be nonsensical and ask a bunch of noob questions and make a bunch of requests for screens and other crap. No wonder this game is dieing.
