I got on finally and surprise surprise....zero packet loss in 3 battles but it's late and I have to work so have fun folks!

FYI - This is reported and common across all regions. Something is going on. Not sure if the IP carrier or the server themselves are the problem. The problem has been noted.

To clear WoWP Cache -Please press the windows key + r to open the 'run' dialog. Then type in %temp%\wargaming.net Then delete the "wowp" folder. This will clear the game cache

Gaijin probably has every game client of theirs running a net-wide bot attack on WG servers...or blame Netflix and net-neutrality.

I could not logon to the game at all today so I deleted the game and tried to download a new copy but the server would not respond. Anyone else have these issues?
