I have decided that my tenure with the Whawks has to end.  They are a great bunch of guys and I enjoyed my 1 1/2 years with them.  Lots of drinking, womanizing and play time.  They have made me a better pilot and I want to thank each and every one of them on this journey.  It's too bad 1 individual has ruined my time there but C'est la vie.  I will still visit and have laughs listening to Hammy and ABC trying to outwit each other (it's usually a tie)  Thanks guys it has been a pleasure.

not just no... but hell no... nobody gets out that easy

if the pilot's good, see, I mean, if he's really..sharp, he can barrel that baby in so low [he spreads his arms like wings and laughs],

you oughtta see it sometime, it's a sight. A big plane like a '52. VRROOM! There's jet exhaust, fryin' chickens in the barnyard.

As an outsider..........couldn't this one be placed on ignore???

With so many other righteous brothers it seems unfair to them all over just 1 phenomenal p.o.s

What? enough? Did you say "enough"? Nothing is enough until I decide it is! Was it enough when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? Hell no!

Except, you cant ignore the leadership as they make the decisions that affect everyone.  I have been in this position before, although, from what I hear, this is much worse.  WHAWK leadership has been in turmoil since Purdue left.  Apparently he was the glue holding everything together and keeping certain individuals in check.  With Purdue gone, the clan is being torn apart.  The phrase I heard in my TeamSpeak was "torn apart piece by piece".  Top players have left, long time members have left, other top players feel trapped, other long time members are plotting a coup or intervention.  I have even been asked to intervene to help remove people and get the WHAWK clan back on track, but I have chosen to remain neutral in order to keep the drama to a minimum.

Its too bad this stuff happens, the losers in the situation are people that feel they are trapped or have no choice but to leave.

I applaud you Marco for not adding to the turmoil and drama, for what it's worth, that to me gains a lot of respect in my book.

Dracarys and Warhawks have had to deal with some recent inter-clan issues, but at no time do we Dracarys wish any ill will towards any of their crew, furthermore we sincerely hope that Whawks can set aside any of their internal differences and put themselves back onto the rails as they have a bunch of good people over there with excellent skills.

It's unfortunate that you have had to leave Avro, time heals most wounds, good luck and see you in the skies.

Bobo

Even if I had a 60pct win rate Sick would not be an option for me.   Thanks Bobo.  As far as I know Marsco has not been asked or considered to come in a straighten out the warhawks he thinks he's being funny and that's how I took it.  The clan has issues at the moment but the majority of players are all on the same page.  A coup? Intervention?  That would be something but I would not be counting on it as these guys have all been together since the ice age and they all love the clan.

Like I said for me I am weighing out my options and want to thank all the clans for the invites but at this time I need to just relax have a beer and clean out my office.
