I would like to know if you can complete special mission for I-211 (or any other event plane) with tokens even though mission time is expired.

Also, could you extend time (24hours) with tokens at any time until the end of event?

I would say you've missed the boat if missions expire

Gone baby gone. Just like the t8 and the t10 i got blueprints to as well. The missions are totally unrealistic if your not a no lifer and you haven't saved up 500 tokens.i extended the 8 3 times and only got about 80% of them done before i gave up. They want you to spend the money/tokens on the plane so its not like you actually won anything.

I didn't get a blueprint instead I collected some fire extinguishers. But considering using tokens:

Assuming you need 15 battles to collect 5 tokens (doing your 'daylies'). I don't know how many tokens you need to get a plane but let's say 100.

Based on my assumption you need 300 battles to make 100 tokens.

Don't you think you can easily grind the planes in 300 battles ?

Thanks for the thoughts. Worth considering

Here some info:

Mission 1: Destroy 40 planes. (Already done.) (You can skip for 15 tokens.)

Mission 2: Get Ace and Quickshot in 25 matches (You can skip for 50 tokens. I was considering it. ) There is 200 gold if you complete it.

Mission 3: Get top damage of both team in 15 matches (You can skip for 55 token.)

I am confident to be able to do mission 3 in a day. Or 2. (10 tokens for 1 day extension.)

So 50 tokens for a "free" tier 9 with slot. (I dont have to grind Yak9U and Su-9.).

Up to 70 tokens (2 extensions) if it goes really bad.

I think its not such a bad deal.

It's a tier IX! Even it is stock you dont have to suffer from the pain from some 'not so good' planes in that line!

Anyway I would spend the tokens or a little portion of gold to get it out, as a reward that helps you bypass all

seal clubbers and gives you capability to kill them all.

I did the I-211 in 6 hours or so with second part (50 tokens) skip. That one is the greatest time sink.

Just spam tier 4 (or whatever you are most confident in getting your kills in) for the first part and go kill some GA for the third (Did most of it with my Ar 197 with at least two from J7W3...I don't regret grinding up that line now).

WoWP makes a great jousting game...especially with the 262 and people busy in furballs...
I am deaf, silent, and fly with unrealistic controls. Do not count on me to carry - my back's already broken from overweight.

In the end, I did get my I-211.

I completed mission 1 and 3. (I needed a extension of 1 day. At first, this mission didnt go as I expected.. and I had family duties.)

So.,. 60 tokens for tier 9 plane which is real real nice! Totally worth the price I paid.

Only big flaw of this plane is the ceiling.. Its crazy low in a world where heavies is the meta. It's so hard to chase them.

Thanks for your advice.

I got a mission for tier IX. First part is kill 40 enemies. Ok. Well it's stuck at 39/40 and won't do anything. I don't want to spend the 15 tokens out of principle and I'm not even sure it would un-bug it.. WargamingTF man?

Shut down the game and clear your cache, and it should update your mission progress.  This is a recurring theme with all missions, including dailies, and it happens all the time  If the mission locks up, just clear your cache and it should be fixed.

One thing to keep in mind.  A tier 8 premium costs about $50 USD give or take a few bucks....buying 120 tokens (6k gold) to complete Tier 9 mission orders costs about $28 USD.

Yes, it's a blatant money grab on WG's part, but $28 for a T9 seems a bargain (of course, once the event is over, you can simply grind these lines and research them normally).
