How to understand this ???!!!! 

wargaming stole my experience. Wargaming gave the title of "elite" to the aircraft, which was not bought .... and the accumulated experience disappeared))))

So you researched Fw 252, the Fw 252 has nothing more to research therefore it is instantly elited and the game informs you as such...and it didn't inform that your Ta 183 is elited, when it, as shown, also gets its golden leaves...

At me experience was removed. Experience 0 and I can not investigate the plane. And the button shows that you can investigate))))

This is some kind of shame of the company wargaming))))

I do not understand the problem.

You have no experience on the FW 252 because you have not purchased it or started researching it.

 

CLICK on the orange TAB that reads " research " then purchase it ( if you have enough credits).

Then and only then will experience start showing up.

Pal_P,  The same exact thing happened to me.  And just before I "showed the screenshot all over the world" I submitted a ticket and they said it was on my end and that I need to reinstall the game.   It fixed the issue and I had the new plane.

It does not help!

 

For those who do not regularly clear their cache: You cannot clear the cache with the game running. The game must be shut down to clear it. Proper cache clearing usually fixes most issues of this type.
