Hey Everyone!

 

I'm sorry I haven't been around nearly as much as I'd like for the last month or so - I've been dealing with some pretty bad depression issues and also carpal tunnel in my wrist from too much piano practice. Doctors orders were to stay off the computer/piano/anything that used the fingers/wrist on my right hand... Thankfully I'm fairly ambidextrous and can do everything but write with my non-dominant hand. This game obviously requires two hands, so I had to stay away.

 

I'm now into finals week, so probably won't come back this week, but I do have some time afterwards which I'll definitely put into WoWP!

you oughtta see it sometime, it's a sight. A big plane like a '52. VRROOM! There's jet exhaust, fryin' chickens in the barnyard.

From Remoron to Zoloft, I know how hard depression can be.

Get you some light therapy to use while you study.

Good luck on the finals.

Activity and exposure to sunlight are the 2 best things for depression. The fact we are indoors, sedate, and never see direct sunlight are all key triggers for it. You absorb sunlight through your eyes which triggers serotonin production. So, spend some time outdoors on sunny days without glasses or sunglasses on. Just a few minutes a day is pretty much all you need. I occasionally have issues when I'm inside too much. They do make the special full spectrum light lamps which I've heard help. Some time at a gym or any other athletic activity helps. That boosts testosterone which helps with your feeling of well being. 

 

As far as the carpel tunnel goes. Reduce your sugar and simple carb intake. Sugar is a direct cause of inflammation.
