This game is not worth playing in current configuration!

Well, some people might just be a touch upset that about 5 to 10 matches a day are just like that on one side or the other. I personally fly less, and make sure I have sufficient refreshments to keep the fact that it's a game in perspective.

Experience only counts when you're doing it right in the first place.

Are you winning 60% of your battles ?

To me, the 2:36 time is a blessing rather than a curse.  If your team is going to lose, might as well have it done quickly.  Especially if you are grinding a plane and want it available for the next battle.

I think I have not played since December 2016, the bots have taken the fun out of this game for me.

I might consider returning if the bots are gone, just my opinion.

The bots slaughter each other way too fast, the fun is out of the game for me.

Let's hope the bots are gone soon (for me that is).

I would prefer an all human match were the team is eliminated in the first 2:36 minutes

than a match with bots eliminated in 2:36 minutes.

A few bots flesh out the matches but when the bots outnumber the humans by 10 to 1 they do take the fun away.

Has it possibly occurred to you that people play games for fun, not just winning, and don't like the current setup? (Besides, I go by personal rating)

The way some people rant in matches many only enjoy winning which puts them on course for disappointment. Even the very best can be beaten.

You must have missed my Nobel Prize Winning Paper that was published last year

for my Doctoral Thesis.

The Title is " Sex,Video Games and the Art of Winning "

In short it states that Sex is Fun and games are for masochist and people that get pleasure from losing.

Sorry but I do not think anyone here buys the salami about " I play for fun losing means nothing".

Everyone plays the game for fun. Lose enough games and the game is no longer fun.

Simply. The game is not worth playing in the current configuration, WHY ?

If you have not figured out how to play it in its current configuration then what makes you think

you can play it in any other configuration.

Simply put. The OP is just whining about losing and can't seem to learn the game.

OR and this is a big OR and a logical excuse.

He may not have a computer capable of playing the game in the current configuration.

For myself i have struggled the last year with the rig I use versus WG configuration.

Still being able to maintain a 60% or better win rate.

Feb 28th I think was the last time I could log in and play because the fan went out on my computer.

I log in and the computer shuts down from thermal overload.

I can still do internet stuff such as forums, mail and FB...but that is it.

So yeah my original question to the OP still stands.

Win to lose ratios means nothing.  You have no control over match making and what team members you get (ie Bots)

There've been times I got six kills in a battle and we still lost the battle.

win to loss ratio does mean something. You only have control over you, you can't control the other humans on your team, you don't have full control of the bots. The people with higher win rates and other stats indicate that some people have figured out how to win more and lose less, while the people with lower win rates haven't figured out how to win and complain about how the bots and mm is against them. The people with high win ratios get the same match making and same random bots. The difference is playing better and knowing how to win in situations where a lesser skilled pilot would lose. That's The difference between low win rates and higher win rates.

You are never going to win every single battle. Even the best players don't have a 100% win rate. I've had 9 kills in a game and still lost. You think bots are bad? Everything I have seen a bot do, I've seen a human do with two exceptions. Bots that are not in ground attack planes do not go after ground targets, while humans do that all the time. Second one, I've seen bots get behind enemy planes and not shoot. Humans always shoot at the enemy.

This is a copy/paste from an EU forum where I posted on similar topic.

"Games are decided by:

1) Number of experts or noobs in a team

2) Good plan and team work

3) Not making big mistakes

4) Punishing mistakes of the enemies

5) good (OP) vs no so good planes

6) Bigger and better battle count in one team as opposite in other team

7) Luck

8) Flight vs no flight in a team

etc

As you can see there are a lot of variables which can influence the outcome of a match.

Expert gamers in this game can influence and can prevail.

Even an average players who use team work and apply appropriate tactics can win against good players who do not exploit their advantages.

Conclusion: this is a game. So good luck and have fun."

Flights can make a bg difference int he outcome of battles. As can a good, skilled pilot.
