My game crashed with this message

I have the logs but I can't attach them to this post (it says you aren't permitted to upload this kind of file). Let me know if you'd like me to email them to the devs.

It sounds like you need to run the WG checker. In this thread below is the link to download.




It should correct any file problems. After running the WG checker delete the WoWP cache as shown in my signature too. Then try the game again.


And if you still have a problem the WG checker will create a report file (WGC) for tech support too. You can use that when filing a support ticket.

To clear WoWP Cache -Please press the windows key + r to open the 'run' dialog. Then type in %temp%\wargaming.net Then delete the "wowp" folder. This will clear the game cache
