Hi, WG support will take forever to help me and to respond, so maybe someone knows what is the problem. I have purchased British Duo. After the purchase game gets stuck at loading screen. After I enter login info, loading screen stays forever on loading animation. When I use my brother's account, it loads fine into the hangar so it's not the software/installation issue. My transaction for the purchase went through. I can also login to WoT and WoWS without any issues. It's only WoWP and my account. Any idea?

Reinstallation of the game did not help. I can login from my brother's account, but loading screen stays forever when I try to use my account.

Looks like you did all on your end and you cannot circumvent to contact support.

I just bought it and now the same thing happens to me. Endless loading screen, never gets to the hanger...

Please do submit a ticket to support about this issue. I will look into the issue as well. 

 

In the meantime, please try clearing your game cache files. 

 

Press the Windows key + R

Then type in "%temp%\wargaming.net" (without the quotes)

Press enter.

Now delete the "wowp" folder. 

 

Launch the game after deleting the folder.

Great to have at least one GP hanging about! Thanks Ghost for that.

I do have a question not related but gonna ask any way.

Can you give me a possible reason why I can not stay logged in more than 3 or so days? I don't clear cookies, I don't reboot....just after a few days I come to the forum and am no longer logged in...

Does it possibly have any connection with why my bank or visa pre paid cards will not allow financial transactions...???

 

Just curious more than any thing but it is a pita sometimes.

Shouldn't a reinstall of the game include clearing the cache ?

Whatever the problem was it got fixed. Game was working fine when I tried again a few hours later.
