Are there any instructions on what to do with Hryunomod once you download it? I can unzip the files, but my zipdownloader wants to know where to send the files. Path?.

Get the LVMP installer and point it to your World of Warplanes root folder.  This has Hryunomod as a must install and the other mods are optional.

With the standalone Hryunomod, just take the res_mod folder and drop it in World of Warplanes root folder.

If I recall you still have to unzip that to the root folder as well

Do the above first, as Dr said.

If you don't want all the extra whizzbang crap, get the LVMP.

If you want a bunch of stuffs for your game, Get an installer.

I'm not sure what I want since I haven't seen it yet. I've been told Hryunomod will ID the human players. That's what I was interested in most. So, do I want to stay away from the stand alone Hryunomod? Is the other whizzbang stuff to be avoided?

Where did you go to download the standalone Hryunomod?

I use the basic Hryunomod only, but since I am technologically challenged I used the LVMP installer from the Hyrunomod site and just don't elect to install anything else except the basic Hyrunomod. I did try a few of the packaged mods that come with it since they seemed interesting, but didn't like any of them at all ( I only tried 2 or 3) so just did a fresh install with the LVMP installer and made sure only the basic Hyrunomod is set to install (default setting).

Okay. I see the LVMP installer at the Hryunomod site now, Does Hryunomod flag the human players during battles, or only show them before the battle begins. If I don't like it can I go back to what I had with a simple uninstall?

When I go into the LMVP tab at the Hryunomod site and click the download button it wants to install PDF combining tools and provides a disclaimer warning that the Chrome extension it's about to install can change all the data on websites you visit, read and change your browsing history, etc. Is this normal?  Do I really have to install a Chrome browser extension that seems to be akin to malware to get this feature?

I 'm losing interest fast.

OP, here you go - link with step-by-step instructions (and yes, if you don't like it, simply remove the files from your res-mods folder)

Yes, Hryunomod will flag the human players during the game. It adds a color-coded number attached to their plane icon based upon a whole bunch of calculations it does. Then you just look for the planes that are coded as the most dangerous and decide how you want to deal with them.

As far as all that other stuff about Chrome extensions and such I have no idea. I use Waterfox and it was just a simple download of a zip file. If it changed anything I haven't noticed, but I'm pretty sure it didn't.

I've done this manually by dropping the res_mod folder into the root directory and using the LMVP installer ... no change ... Any ideas why?

I'm getting an "unable to execute file" type error when I try to install the LMVP version after downloading it from the Russian site.
