Hey guys. Just recently started playing this game after trying it a couple years ago. I really do enjoy it. More so than tanks or ships. One thing i noticed is the clan list is about 6 months to a year behind. Does WG even bother to update this information? Am i wasting time and money (on premium planes) in this game? Will it all end soon?

Something is wrong with the "look for a clan" function as the results come up for what I believe are WOT clans, as I do not recognize them.  Rather than that you can check out the Clan Ratings, thse seem to be current and the top 15 or so clans seem to have the most active players.

I wouldn't purchase premium planes until you have a handle on the game or decide to stick around.

The real question is " How long will you stick around "

 about it in a nut shell ppl crying about the games end seems to forget they also have three other server pops to go from to EU/RU/and Asian I think but two too be sure. So that and it being part of  the WG systems it should be here a long time

Welcome to the WoWP forums!  I will check into the issue. WoT and WoWP clans used to be unified at one point. There are currently no plans to shut World of Warplanes down.

Awesome. I really do enjoy this game and hope it sticks around. Trying to get more of my WoT kameraden to play here. We had three GSH in game last night. WG should advertise this game...it's actually quite good and loads of fun. See you all after i'm done with WoT clan wars tonight!!!

Still have an old clan members list in game. I would guess it's 6mnths to a year obsolete. I'm not listed as the Commander yet i have been since Sept. There are members who aren't with the clan on the list but some who are relatively new (past 6 months) who aren't on the list. Is it just my game/clan? Or have any of you noticed your clan lists are old/wrong? When and how can WG please fix this?

As far as who is CO, WG can't 'fix' it; the person listed as CO, using the clan webpage, has to delegate authority to someone else. Until that happens, as far as WG is concerned, that person is still the CO, and they will not get involved with internal clan politics.

 

As far as roster, I check mine monthly, and have never had a problem such as you describe.

OP, you're listed as CO of GSH on tanks, but planes has not been updated; that's the issue

 

The roster issue you describe may also be related to that, someone accepted into tanks, but actually flies planes, or vice versa

 

Remember, tanks' & planes' clans were separated mid-2016, they are now managed through the appropriate webpage

Ok we are on to something here. Looks like it last updated mid-2016 when Bear says they separated the two. Most of our members do not play Warplanes but they still show on the clan list just having no games. As i'm not the Commander listed here I cannot make any changes. Is there a simple way to update and synch the two? Or does it literally have to be done manually?

there's nothing/no way to update/sync; tanks & planes (& now ships) clans are each managed individually
