SICK RECRUITING AMENDMENT: 60% WIN RATE 1000 GAMES

Hello WOWP Community –

First and foremost, I hated to detract from my initial Clan requirements, with a populace of 500’ish players on any given night on the NA Server; having a 65% win rate for a recruiting standard was stringent at best.

Unlike WOT with an average of 20,000 players on any given night – The pool of candidates within our WOWP community is like fishing an almost dry lake bed.

I do make this solemn promise; I refuse to drop my standards any  further;  To drop them any further I will have to commit my clan to the usual mundane rabble; When a clan becomes rabble what’s the point; It’s a sin I am unwilling to bare.

I changed my recruiting thread(s) to reflect the requirement changes as listed –

60% win rate, 1000 Games Minimum – No Tier Requirements –

I also reorganized my TS, and in game Rank Structure and permissions.

Please review the below links for further details.

Thank you,

I think it is a good move to lower to a minimum of 60% and no lower.

Just my opinion but I think the AVERAGE player ( SOLO ) should be able to maintain a 60%.

SICK RECRUITING AMENDMENT: 60% WIN RATE 2500 GAMES

Rabble

rab·ble
ˈrabəl/
noun
noun: rabble; plural noun: rabbles
a disorderly crowd; a mob.
"he was met by a rabble of noisy, angry youths"
synonyms: mob, crowd, throng, gang, swarm, horde, pack, mass, group
"a rabble of noisy youths"
derogatory
ordinary people, especially when regarded as socially inferior or uncouth.
noun: the rabble
synonyms: common people, masses, populace, multitude, rank and file, commonality, plebeians, proletariat, peasantry, lower classes;
derogatoryhoi polloi, riffraff, (great) unwashed, (common) herd, proles, plebs;
humoroussheeple
"rule by the rabble"
antonyms: nobility

To quote:

"To drop them any further I will have to commit my clan to the usual mundane rabble; When a clan becomes rabble what’s the point; It’s a sin I am unwilling to bare."

If you have time I am curious as to how higher win rates act as a filter to limit the amount of rabble that would join a clan.

I would just allow people that I personally like regardless of win rate. If they became annoying I'd kick them out. I like simple rules... hehe

if the pilot's good, see, I mean, if he's really..sharp, he can barrel that baby in so low [he spreads his arms like wings and laughs],

you oughtta see it sometime, it's a sight. A big plane like a '52. VRROOM! There's jet exhaust, fryin' chickens in the barnyard.

I should wait then? My thoughts were that you will lower win rate to 58.5% so I can maybe apply.

I have seen you play and If I was in charge I would make an exception to the rule.

Base it on battle count and survival rating.

But then again I believe in circumstantial evidence.

Rabble SOJO Definition; "one who has 3000 games played with a 45% Win rate or below", Rabble -

P.S. I'm not worried about who likes who, I just want players with Common Sense, I could give a crap if they are nice or not! I'll kick a friendly Idiot before I'll kick a common sense prick!
