What happened to my gold and free experience? When I roll over where it should be it says "All you gold will be available after WG wallet is restored automatically." What the heck does that mean??? It says the same thing with my free experience.

Sent ticket yesterday with no reply yet. Last night I uninstalled with CCleaner, deleted everything and did fresh install. Still same problem. No mods. I run low graphics. Drivers updated after last issue during Japanese event. Yes, I wish they'd roll back to 1.4.

Please send in a ticket to support. There have been a couple instances of this, and support should be able to help.

I have had this problem for about 6 days now. Put in ticket thurday oct 27 only automated response so far. I tried running WOTanks and it has the Gold and free exp showing ok there.

There is not any automated replies. All the tickets are read by people. This issue has cropped up before. Could you please PM me your ticket number? I can look into this matter and see what is going on with it for you.

​There IS an automated response, that basically says "we've received your ticket, someone will contact you"; I believe that's what the poster is referring to
