Ok so recently im having problems in flying these 2 planes and not too happy about seeing my planes go up in flames and hoping that someone could give some useful advices and even critiques. Here's what I did in game.

XF90- I suck in it, nothing worth mentioning

F94D-Most of my friends think that this plane is a beast, but I cant seem to figure out how to fly it (for real, Im having a hard time even when trying to survive against a few bots)

In my XF90, (enemy in Javelins/HG IIIs) (against human 262/javelin /double heavy flights)

Once enemy contacted :

I remained high as I can see the flight is at top altitude waiting for me, I stayed behind the green team, waiting for my chance to kill them. Once they got near me, I rushed up and engaged them, trying to do maneuvering engagements in this thing is like trying to fly a brick, so I ended up doing vertical loops with one of them while the other one trying to shoot me as hard as he could. After I lost all of my boosts, I went nuts and tried to turnfight them while at the same time watching my speed (I know that was dumb, but i tried diving, pulling heavies to aa guns/terrains in the past, always ended up dying, I knew it wouldnt work)

In my f94d,

I started by climbing to my optimum altitude shown on the meter, stayed slightly behind the team, enemies come in, higher than me, I waited for one or 2 of them to drop down and engage, during engagements, i used my boost to do a horizontal run as I heard that this thing was not good in climbing, during this phase of battle, I always ended up getting shot down as the bot always outrun me and I had nothing to do, turnings made me stall and die too frequently.

I'm no expert but I think the F94 should be flown higher than optimal. That's when I have had success in it.

But i cant stop stalling once i go above optimal altitude.

And I have no clue at all what should i do when those irritating J7s get on my tail, I tried engaging them with the boost i have but still end up stalling lol

I heard that f94d should be flown like a mini heavy, but seriously, I cant seem to even survive a fight when trying to fly it like a heavy lolllll

I heard that it should be flown to hunt heavies, yeah I did killed a lot of heavies in it, but once enemy fighters started surrounding on me I went clueless again, I pissed my flightmate off that day because i tried to run away from an MIG by diving to terrain, although i did caused the MIG to crash, I lost my support to my flightmate causing him to die alone high up.

You've had some good games I've seen in

the f-94, the planes a brawler and good for getting

in close, wreaking damage the finding the next

most vulnerable target.  It requires aggressive

Close quarter fighting.  I like to go the front just

before the first bot, at the start, and as you know

I rarely follow a plan:) , just unleash and take your

opportunities.  On the xf-90 you need no advise:)

Thanks for the tip :great: I'll give it a try tomorrow, i hope that I wont be the first to die :hiding:

Now thats not true. As I told you, I suck in xf90, I'm only looking good when the human heavy is not good, and the bots currently are incredibly dumb, expecially the heavy bots.

post a video of how you fly them.

Easier to critique

XF-90 is an in and out plane, don't do vertical loops, in and out.

F-94D is a pretend heavy that has maneuverability and excellent guns. Hold fire until you're close, always bring rockets, and don't over commit .

It also sounds like you have poor boost management. You don't need boost if you're going 800 km/h

Yeah, don't boost in a dive either unless you need a quick burst to get up to speed; but, even then don't do it. I played a few guys last night after I bought my HG III that I unlocked over a year and a half ago, that were boosting straight down away from me. Sure they lived longer because I didn't chase them; but, they rushed to lose the advantage and I killed them later after I killed everything else.
