Yes, i did get an update.

I was told that they "Cannot give away 222 Tier 8 premium planes."

I have to break down the weekly records, do the math, and get a clear winner placement for tiered prizes.

This may take a few days, Lotsa data to go thru.:sceptic:

One good thing though, The 12 week start up will be devided into 2 seasons.

1st season will be the 6 weeks that WarGaming requested.

2nd season will be for week 7 to 12.

that means 2 sets of prizes, Hopefully.

Another clan that is big and active is ES, have you had any discussions with them? I know when I was a member there were some concerns that would need to be addressed before ES would participate.

PK, why will weeks 7-12 not be declared and what does that mean ?

Also, please do not start another round of CCW until prizing for the previous rounds has been awarded. We need more participation and the only way we're gonna get it is if the other clans see that prizing is solid.

As always, thanks for all your efforts on behalf of the community.

WarGaming agreed to supply prizing for the 6 week run.

That is what they are adhering to.  In my opinion something is better than nothing.

The weeks from 7 to 12 are on us now.  WarGaming will be stepping up for season 2.

Thank you for the help to finish tweaking what needed to be tweaked.

The NACCW will start again 2 to 3 weeks after the current birthday event has ended.

It will consist of a 10 to 12 week season, and yes, i agree that more clans are needed.

I have been speaking with WarGaming about the seasonal prizes to a great extent, and all looks to be in order.

That's great PK, but we cannot start another round with only 4 clans. Until the others actually see that prizing was rewarded, they will not come on board. I would love to get started again as soon as possible, but a 4 clan CCW is pointless.

I also think it would be a tremendous help to us if WG would make a formal announcement in the forums that they are supporting CCW with prizing.

How did we tie with anyone?  We were ahead on points after the second week and just kept increasing the lead?

Whatever convoluted scoring method was used, let me be plain and frank as I can be, you will have icebergs in hell before we compete again. I hope that is clear enough. Topic closed.

Weekly PLACE HOLDINGS determined the point values.

Remember that week 1 thru 6 only recorded final place holdings.

IE

1st got 6 points

2nd got 5 points

so on,

Any team that was involved during that week got 1 point automatically

7 thru 12 recorded everything.

If you want to back thru YOUR personal records and add it up, go for it.

I am done with this thread.

Your done with the thread.

WS is done with CCW.

When the going gets tough....quit, whine, appease.

SF & WS are like a match made in heaven....too bad WS doesn't think you are good enough for them.

Chew on that a little.

this seems to really bother someone who isn't even in a clan and has less than 200 battles, either that or you are posting from a reroll account. Yes we got hit hard by Dracs and warhawks week after week. Unfortunately there were many battles we didn't get to play due to feint battles. Most of us were in it for the battles, not waiting in the ready area taking screen shots of one person on the other team, then closing the room and jumping into another battle while leaving us high and dry.

Edited to make quote post smaller.

I keep seeing this reference to sitting in an empty battle waiting.  Not sure why WS feels they exclusively suffered this.  I sat through 3 or 4 Fridays where I could have been doing something else, with someone else.  I accepted it as part of the game.

I was only able to play one day. WHAWK benched me because AceCosmo said I smelled bad. They still beat WS in that battle without me.

I am happy to see once again that every single competition organized by players for players fails due to egos. It just re-affirms human nature doesn't it?

Wraith's only let us beat them a couple times.  Then they decided it was better to just not show up to the battles, of course blaming everyone else for not giving them real battles so their guys had no interest.  In reality, they quit because they couldn't win. Poor fellas.

We took first by a mile and I would have thought whawks would be second.

Same here and I did not complain about it once.  Gave us all an opportunity to get together and we would all fly in the pub matches right afterwards.

At home, we now just use homemade batter and a waffle iron to avoid these type of conflicts.  While a battle for the eggos is fun to see from a distance, it tends to ruin the overall purpose which is to get a delicious and nutritious breakfast.
