As I noted here before on the RU WoWP server, we have one coming for us too.

World of Warplanes 1.9.5.5 Micropatch Release 08/11/16

Greetings Pilots,

Micropatch 1.9.5.5 will be released this Thursday, August 11, 2016.

There will be no downtime for the implementation of this patch as it will be applied with the server restart.

Thank you for your understanding!

Sincerely,

Your Customer Support Team

No info on the portal for release notes if they match the RU region. However some of the RU players are noting a jerky sight in playing after the patch here. However some of the RU pilots are saying network, however it is most likely due to a "slight increase in customer requirements for hardware."  However Grenoli has an answer:

Dear users.

We have studied the situation. At the moment, there are cases of lack of animation when firing - a mistake the game will mend. Same shots are calculated on a server and does damage, the problem - in the view of the Particle shot.

It looks like a visual glitch. Something to be aware of for our community.

Edit: Been so busy, I lost track a day! :teethhappy:

Please make sure to submit a ticket to support. That way issues can be troubleshooted, and the game files sent to the devs for a fix if its determined to be a bug.

TT...did you cause a dimensional rift? :amazed:

WoWP makes a great jousting game...especially with the 262 and people busy in furballs...
I am deaf, silent, and fly with unrealistic controls. Do not count on me to carry - my back's already broken from overweight.

I'm not sure about this....countless tickets have resulted in 0 results and loads of frustration on top of the problems i attempted to present them

Posting this in the bugs section resulted in fast action from WG so i think i'm gonna stick with what appears to have worked vs the just here for the paycheck people

If they do not prove without a doubt that the problem is not with your computer, it is never forwarded to the developers for review. This is typically why problems last for so long, no one was willing to go through WG's extensive finger pointing to prove that it's not their computer.

It's why most of us stopped submitting tickets, their system is useless and designed in such a way to give the developers as little work as possible, as if they were doing something productive with their time. Quite frankly, if they played the damn game themselves, they would see how inept they were.

Yup...in this case placing the matter out in the open for everyone to see appears to get their attention

Then again this forum is a place where issues are presented daily sooooo I cannot say why they bounced on this issue other than our cousins on the other servers may have done the same

What is even sad was with one of my old bug support ticket is when I give them the exact file and the exact line of code to fix it and I was able to mod it to fix it for myself but it took them 6+ months to finally fix within the game.

So is there a definitive answer to why many of us get a "you have been disconnected from the server" message after the login when you first start the program?

DICTA BOELCKE for WoWP
    1. Try to secure the upper hand before attacking.
    2. Always continue with an attack you have begun
    3. Open fire only at close range, and then only when the opponent is squarely in your sights
    4. You should always try to keep your eye on your opponent, and never let yourself be deceived by ruses
    5. In any type of attack, it is essential to assail your opponent from behind
    6. If your opponent dives on you, do not try run away from his attack, but fly to meet it
    7. When over the enemy's lines, always remember your own line of retreat
    8. It is better to attack in groups of four or six. Avoid two aircraft attacking the same opponent

This is the case with every time I send them similar reports.
