[General_Lee_Miserable]

In the course of 3 days ,I've had a total of 700 gold disappear from my account in 2 deductions of 600 and 100 on separate days. I already submitted a ticket. I made no transactions with gold during this time. 

 

Anyone else have this happen to them? I've never heard of this happening to anyone.

check your consumables and ammo.

Some consumables cost gold and of course we all no what WG did to pluck up the ammo situation.

Yup, check all your settings (ammo, consumables etc...) for each plane and be sure you are not using anything that costs gold.

 

They will not tell you gold is being deducted !!  They are thieves.

 

It would be so nice to have a popup (selectable to have that window or " do not show this window anymore" ) saying gold is being used.

 

But no they wont do that, and guess why......

Back in the days when premium ammo and consumables could be bought with gold or silver, the game defaulted to gold. I also had this "strange disappearance" of gold and could not explain it until a friend of mine told me to look into the premium ammo and voila! My point is that this thing "defaulting" to gold has always been there, it's not recent.

Do people working for the game realize that this type of thing brings nothing positive to the table?

 

best case they are incompetent because they can't design an intuitive system. Worst case they are doing it on purpose, how much more gold is someone going to buy after they've been cheated out of what they already have? judging by me and most others i know zero (especially after the premium plane crap). You want to monetize this disaster that was your own making? well fix the crap you broke. Stop saying soon and I would love to see your stats on player retention.
