How does something like this even happen? Clan names left off so as not to indentify this fickle pilot.

Personally....seeing someone with a history of clan hopping like this wouldn't even be considered

Not their fault, the one who risked the player is the problem

This type of person is clan cancer....when they leave its very possible it raises questions to the remaining members

So whoever is signing them should be the one taking the heat for bringing in a known problem

Yes that's what I was thinking. He's either being asked to leave or just up and quitting each clan. But another always takes him in, no doubt because of his win rate.

I've had both types of players

However if win/rate is so important its only borrowed time that the clan will have with this player

Its even possible that player is there just to see how your clan operations are run

Which is funny when as an example I had a clear cut re-roll join looking for who knows what

The research appears to have been a failure considering the clan he formed currently festers at the bottom

Maybe, someone wants to do tank tournaments and leaves a clan for that and when the tank tournament is done, they come back to the plane clan.  Wash and repeat as tank tournaments happen.

They were all different clans.

EDIT: 2 clans he didn't even last a whole day! And the last one brought him in as *quartermaster*, and he lasted 5 days. I mean really these stats are indefensible. How do you get to know a clan or clan mates in less than a day? Or in 1 day as he joined and left another one. Or in 5 days as an officer of the clan with (one would think) some responsibilities?

You can find a player's history in clan ratings. Just key in the name in the search function. But it doesn't work all the time.

Porky if you ever get that bored again, just take like 5 or 10 mins and rub one out. The doctor says it's good for you.

No, clans are irrelevant, and have zero meaning in this game. Hop as you please if it makes you feel better.

People move from clan to clan for various reasons but that many in such a short time period raises a very red flag.

If you're really concerned that someone may join your clan and then leave the next day, then yeah; but, the real question would be "Why do you care?" Anyone could join and leave the next day, what does that do to you as a clan? Absolutely nothing, as they weren't really a part of it to begin with.
