Wow! I was debating if I would buy some assists if they were a dollar each considering this is a tier 5 fighter.

At this price I don't even have to think about it...

What's this? A gross overestimation of the appeal of a product by WG? Say it isn't so!

Yeah, five assists cost 50% or more than the cost of any of the current tier 5 premiums?!? :amazed:

What a nutty potential price for tier 5 plane.  I want to say this seems close to the prices for last years tier 8 (but can't remember exactly).

So you will not let someone BUY their way to the plane.

You want them to purchase all missions they need to finish but will not let them buy the last one.

If they can not finish the 18th hole

DO THEY GET A REFUND ?

Some peoples playing time is very limited and they do not have time to finish all the missions regardless of how easy it may be.

Reading over some of these posts in the forums some people lose 25 matches in a row and can not buy a win.

I would purchase the plane if I can not finish the missions.

I will not purchase tickets and not be able to fly the last mission.

You could AFK both the primary and secondary for 18, all that you have to do is win. What is wacky is the prices they are charging for a plane that will sell for much less than $20 when it hits the store. Someone did a copy & past job from the last one that didn't have the slot machine which was for a tier 8, oops.

Cant believe you're not able to use tokens - they were reintroduced with such fanfare, yet this event, where clearly they should be one of the currencies you can use to complete missions, has failed to do so. Instead charging ridiculous amounts of money for "mission certificates".

WG - these events are supposed to generate positive publicity and interest, yet I am sadly disappointed, as are the vast majority of respondents (it appears) with how this one is ended. Another epic "FAIL". The money grabbing is now so obvious as to make it a joke. Have a change of heart asap, for the sake of our game.

What a crock.  A regular tier 5 premium plane is $9, but you're giving people the "opportunity" to spend $34 for one.  And once again, players can't even use previously purchased gold.

This pathetic cash grab is ridiculous even by Wargaming standards.

Pretty sure April Fools is on the 1st...good try though!

edit: corrected spelling Petty to Pretty, although maybe that too was a subliminal Freudian reference to WG's delusions of grandeur.

I was not actually talking about me not being able to win the 18th hole.

There have been people complaining that they could not get wins to save their lives.

They spend 30$ to get tickets then only have time for about 20 matches and all are losses.

They are out 30 $ and no plane No compensation and no refunds.

There have been plenty of posts about such losing streaks....I should know I troll them and tell them to learn to fly and play the game.

This is the most obvious SCAM Wargaming has ever created.

People rush at the last minute to buy their way thru and then cant win the last 2 battles.

I can see a lot of but hurt players that are below our skill level getting ripped off.

YES I SAID THIS HAS SCAM WRITTEN ALL OVER IT.

Lets make sense of this.

Just for Pete's sake we will say it is a new pilot who's highest tier is 4 or even tier 5.

He is struggling to finish all the secondary missions.

He would then have to purchase 34$ worth of tickets. ( 17 secondary missions )

Spoiler

Now the new player doesn't yet understand that PREMIUM planes are subject to the same nerf bats as REGULAR planes.

So you are not guaranteed to have the same plane each progressive patch. Something about the plane will change.

AS DO ALL THE PLANES IN THIS GAME.

The price of current premium tier 5 planes is less than 11$ with tier 6 planes being 18$ and up.

Spoiler

Now in all fairness this could be a 1 of a kind plane not being offered with in the next couple of years.

Yet WG reserves the right to place any plane into active play or into premium shop at any given time.

Are you willing to wait or perhaps get laughed at by WG staff for spending 34$

heck even at 5 tickets ( 15$ ) you are getting a great deal...RIGHT ?

Keep in mind on the next patch this plane may become the M20 of previous patches or the heart break of the Hurricane

when it first appeared. You don't know about the Hurricane? Just ask, many here do still remember.

By the way, your game crashed.

You got angry and spilled a drink into the works.

You spent 34$ and now have 7 days to fix your computer.

Hurry before time runs out.

Too late.

YOU ARE OUT 34$....NO PLANE, NO REFUND.
