Quick question, can't find this despite my attempts. How do I install them? I moved the vehicles folder to my Resmod folder, but none of them appear ingame no matter which one I use. I have no doubt this is a PEBCAK problem, and merely something I haven't read/figure out.

The (not so) amazing Chokai is back! And he's hit all his personal goals sans one! Seriously though, nice to be back, looks like he game is improving. I continue to try to recruit new people.

You will need to go into the World of WArplanes folder, then go to res/scripts/db, located the file named cachedb.bin and delete it. That file has no effect on the game, it's just a cache file so deleting it will have no negative effects.

I am having problems getting the F4U Pappy Boyington plane to show up in the game.  I have the in game marine paint scheme as my permanent scheme but when I put your file in the res_mods folder the scheme goes back to default colors?  I am on standard definition so I wasn't sure if this might be a high def. model?

You might need to clear you wowp cache file, to do so is pretty simple.

 

Please bring up the "Run" dialog box again by pressing the windows key + R. then type in %temp%\wargaming.net  then delete the "wowp" folder. 

 

Once you do that go into your main WoWP folder and locate the res/scripts/db folders. Inside the db folder you should find a file named cachedb.bin, go ahead and delete that one as well.

 

Please let me know if that works for you.
