I have been having so much trouble try to play this game. I have looked at so many forums and videos. I have a windows 7 but I downloaded windows 10. At first when I went to go  play the game it said I was missing a 43.dll file, but then I downloaded the file and put it into the file. Then it said there was a problem with (0xc000007b) so I have downloaded media fire files and I have the newest Direct x and I have downloaded the .net framework 3.5 and 4.0. I have also downloaded vc++ 2010 and 2008. I have also re-downloaded the game 5 times. I have also made sure that I have all of the newest updates. So if you could help that would be awesome, thank you.

Another helpful tip is to provide your PC specs here & also to the support team. These forums have a few techy individuals that can help you out. From what I can tell something went wrong with your update to Win10. Have a look at your Windows Update feature. Maybe you're missing a few important updates.

Usually when I encounter anything windows related, driver problems, blue screens, booting issues, random errors, memory leaks etc, I just reformat and re-install windows all over again. Takes hours but at least your PC is back to normal. Ofcourse my PC is like... 6yrs old Lol. Probably a good idea to back up your important data if you can. Saves even more time.

Good luck and hope you find a fix.
