Looks like you don't have permission to something. Did you install the game using alternate credentials? Try using those to open the game.

OP, go to your World of Warplanes folder and click on the worldofwarplanes.exe file, not the launcher.  Open the file using your admin priviledge to launch it.  Might work, if not, send a ticket into support.

This isn't a security issue is a programming issue. The access violation is because the program tried to access to memory which is handled by other application.

 

I recommend clear you cache an wowp folder and try again. If this don't work open a ticket. Another recommendation update your drivers.

It appears this is the infinite hangar loading issue. Do you run Windows 8.1 with an integrated GPU? If so you need the latest drivers.

If you have an ASUS, Toshiba, Lenovo, Acer, or Dell then you may have proprietary drivers that don't get updated as often as the retail versions.  There is a work around until this issue gets fixed, please submit a ticket to support. 

 

Be sure to include a dxdiag, as it will help expedite the process.
