Would you like to leave a suggestion for background music games WoT, WoWP or World of Warships!

There is no shortage of suitable static background music, but to really take it to the next level, I think that dynamic music is the way to go. The soundtrack could respond to what is happening in game, and emphasize the action, in the same manner employed by early silent films. See the movie 'Wings' from 1927, for example.
One way to do that would be to add layers of music, for example a static background track, with dynamic tracks on top of it (example: 'aircraft on fire' theme).
Going further, I think it would be kind of awesome to have music that is themed according to the nationality of your aircraft pilot -- it would kind of help the immersion.
One more idea to help immersion, rather than have the music function as a soundtrack, you could have the music exist actually in the game, such as from your cockpit radio picking up Tokyo Rose.
