Hello Guys.

 

Since 1.5, i have this rare problem that i never had it before in other patches. Can somebody help me with this? I´ve tried everything:

Have you installed a mod since the patch?

No, i´ve not installed any mod.

Ticket response tend to be slow over the weekend. Note that "bumping" your ticket will push it back towards the end of the queue, and duplicate tickets are always a bad idea. Be sure to include in your ticket your .dmp files and session logs, as well as your DxDiag file.

This could be a permission thing with your user profile. I had something like that error around May of this year.

There are many reasons for a game crash. However most can be resolved. Please send in a ticket to support, and they will investigate a possible cause. If the crash is occurring very frequently there is a good chance it could be resolved.

Update your drivers for a start and anything else that can be upgraded.This has been a problem for lots of folks the last few months so maybe search the forums typing your error message in the search box.I see you said you sent in 2 tickets with no response yet are told to send in a ticket so maybe admin did not read your post fully.

:popcorn:get used to it I have had server crash for the past two days with packet loss and a msg that Ip address not found by DNS.  I have submitted a ticket took a while to get a response, they gave me a list a mile long of things to do and files they need including a ping trace etcetc. I thought perhaps the update might help but if anything it got worse almost every game I was losing server connection, and after a couple hours it got a bit better but now once and awhile during the game I will lose my aim sight or control of the plane lol go figure.
