As a quick fix.

 

Copy contents of the 1.9.7.0 folder to the 1.9.8.0 folder in res_mods

Found Bug:

Upon installing, the Lead Indicator will only install the last one on the list, even if you use the modscrubber.

If the installed Lead Indicator with the skull bothers you, delete the following file.

 

C:\Games\World_of_Warplanes\res_mods\1.9.8.0\gui\flash\hudInfoEntities.swf

I did at one time have a mod section included that moved the map to 3 different areas.

Problem was that there are soooo many resolutions available that you almost have to custom make them for each one.

I could possibly put back in 3 that move it to the Bottom-Left (My favorite also) for the most common resolutions.

1920 X 1080 -- 16X9

1440 X 900 -- 16X10 laptop

1280 X 1024 -- 4X3 TV style

Do you remember Hryuno had a defaults and cfg file where you could customize the location and size of the radar?  Through trial and error I found the perfect size and location.  By the way I like it next to the map on the lower right.  That way I can look at both map and radar at the same place.  I liked x=1,645, y=860 and size 310 for the radar on my desktop (don't remember the resolution).

Yes, the format has changed for the hryunomod, it is now self updating.

When you install the HryunoMod you MUST run your game one time, this will cause HryunoMod to create it's hryunomod.cfg file you speak of.

After you run your game (Start it, get into hangar, quit game), you can edit it.

Your radar locations are between BattleClock and DomnationScale settings.

Please be aware that the X,Y coordinates are reversed.

First comes Y then X now, it used to be X then Y

Enable ground proximity warning is checked bur not working.  I'm not sure if this is because of this mod or not?

Thanks for the mods. But if I may suggest, it sure would be nice to include a preview window of the mods to be installed. E.g., when clicking or selecting a mod, it shows a pic of what it would look like if installed in an adjacent window, especially useful for the camera mods but helpful for anyone not familiar with any of them.

 

Speaking of camera mods, no descriptions are given. So which mods do what? And which change the camera setting for overall viewing angle and/or cockpit distance?  Once installed, how do we adjust those settings; is that done from the in-game settings page?
